Responsibilities

• Obtain and record a detailed medical history of each patient into the electronic medical record, including chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
• Perform appropriate physical examinations of each patient.
• Analyze reports and findings from tests and examinations to assess the patient's medical condition, diagnose injuries or illnesses, and formulate a prognosis.
