Pay rates range from $120 - $136 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.

Qualifications




Qualifications for Physicians:

  • Must hold a current unrestricted license as a physician in Arizona
  • A current DEA registration in Arizona
  • A valid CPR card
  • Be certified in a Board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties
