Responsibilities

1. Obtain and record detailed medical histories of patients into the electronic medical record, including chief complaint, present condition, personal history, and family history.
2. Perform appropriate physical examinations of each patient.
3. Analyze reports and findings from tests and examinations to assess the patient's medical condition, diagnose injuries or illnesses, and formulate a prognosis.
