Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist

Penn State Health is actively recruiting Board-certified/Board-eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our expanding program at the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The physician joining the program at PSH Milton S. Hershey Medical Center will be part of the Penn State Health Cardiovascular Service Line, which provides quality heart and vascular care to patients of Pennsylvania. Program locations include:

  • Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center - Enola, PA
  • Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center - Camp Hill, PA
  • Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center - Reading, PA
  • Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center - Hershey, PA- Academic Medical Center
  • Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center, newly opened October 3, 2022

The successful candidate should have experience in general cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure and the diagnosis and management of patients requiring advanced therapies. If interested, opportunities for clinical research and teaching may be available. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced cardiologists (interventional, electrophysiologist, non-invasive) and vascular surgery partners and will collaborate with multi-disciplinary providers of the Penn State Health Cardiovascular Service Line.

Job Requirements

  • Medical degree - M.D., D.O. or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of an ACGME approved residency
  • ABIM BC/BE
  • Eligible for licensure for the practice of medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
