Job summary

AFC Urgent Care San Diego is seeking a Full-Time Staff Physician to join our team in San Diego, California. Our state-of-the-art urgent care centers treat acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis seven days a week, with on-site labs and x-rays.

We offer an hourly rate of $120-$140, depending on experience, plus bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume. Successful candidates hold an unrestricted California medical license and a DEA certificate, with at least one year of ER/urgent care

• DEA Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services to walk-in patients.
• Perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, abscess drainage).
• Cover day, evening and weekend shifts.

We are seeking a Full-Time Staff Physician to join our Team in San Diego, California.

What does AFC Urgent Care require?

• An unrestricted medical license in California


• DEA Certificate


• At least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting


• Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)


• Available to workday, evening and weekend shifts.
