Responsibilities

• Conduct admission, annual, and neurological examinations and document findings.
• Formulate diagnoses, goals, and treatment plans for consumers.
• Perform rounds, evaluate medical concerns, and order diagnostic studies.
• Coordinate care with hospitals, consultants, and treatment teams.
• Prepare reports, progress notes, and billing information.
