Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science, counseling education, rehabilitation, human development or closely related field.
• Progress toward degree completion acceptable if within three months of graduation.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and provide treatment services in the Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program.
• Deliver group and individual therapy aligned with program standards.
• Plan goals, review progress, and update treatment plans for residents.
• Train and advise staff on treatment methods for sexual offender populations.
• Administer tests and assessments within licensure scope.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in meetings.
