Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Staff Physician to join a physician-led geriatrics practice. Compensation starts at $210,000–$265,000 per year, with base, bonus and incentive opportunities.

The role includes signing bonus options, full malpractice coverage, strong work-life balance, CME paid time off, 401(k) matching, and dues reimbursement.

Qualifications

• MD from an accredited program with residency completed.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Minimum 3 years of medical practice experience.
• Geriatric fellowship training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents as part of a physician-led geriatrics practice.
• Deliver comprehensive medical management and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

We are hiring a Staff Physician to join our growing physician-lead geriatrics practice.

Compensation: starting at $210,000 - $265,000 per year (Includes Base + Bonus + Incentive)

What you will need:

• Requires a medical degree from an accredited program, completion of a primary care residency program, with Board Certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Requires a minimum of 3 years of medical practice experience
• Candidates with geriatric fellowship training are preferred
