Job summary

Chase-Brexton-Health-Care is seeking a Staff Physician to provide high-quality clinical care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting in Glen Burnie, MD. The position requires an MD or DO with an accredited residency and Maryland licensure; Board Certification/Eligibility is expected.

The physician will engage patients, document comprehensively, and contribute to quality improvement efforts within a diverse team and compliant practice environment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO in a primary care specialty with completion of an accredited residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible.
• Completion of medical degree and an accredited residency program.
• Appropriate Maryland licensure and clinical certification, DEA and Maryland CDS.
• Interest in and/or experience in community health settings.
• Experience working in a diverse environment.
• Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required.
• Excellent communication and team skills required.

JOB SUMMARY

The Staff Physician provides clinical care to patients, based upon his/her specialty training, through an interdisciplinary and collaborative approach that takes into consideration the psychosocial aspects of both health and disease.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
