Our team at Achieve Physical Therapy is once again looking to expand our culture within our brand new Sudbury, MA clinic. This clinic is a state-of-the-art, sports performance space! We’re looking to add the right, full-time Physical Therapist who embodies a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude and has a strong desire to grow their leadership skills with us. Our expertise is in outpatient physical therapy, with an emphasis in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and pain diagnoses.

Qualifications:
  • Massachusetts-licensed DPT
  • Commute to Sudbury, MA
  • Interested in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine
  • Preferably 2 years of experience
  • Available M-F 7:00am – 7:40pm; 2 openings / 2 closings
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs.
  • Creating personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving patient goals.
  • Directly providing hands-on treatment according to the established plan.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
