About Capitol Physical Therapy
Capitol Physical Therapy LLC is a specialized, therapist-owned outpatient practice focused on delivering high-touch orthopedic physical therapy. Located within Symbiosis DC, we operate in an integrated, cross-disciplinary space where you will regularly collaborate with Primary Care physicians, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Massage Therapists.
We help individuals recover from acute musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical procedures, and chronic conditions through evidence-based, highly individualized care plans. We reject the high-volume "PT mill" model: we believe the best clinical outcomes and job satisfaction happen when therapists have the dedicated time and clinical freedom to actually treat.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- 100% 1-on-1 Patient Care: No double-booking and no overlapping appointments. You focus entirely on one patient for the full duration of their visit.
- Total Clinical Autonomy: You are the clinical expert. You design and direct your treatment plans without rigid, corporate "cookie-cutter" protocols or restrictive productivity quotas.
- Strict Work-Life Balance: Monday through Friday schedule with zero weekend or holiday shifts.
- Non-Corporate, Supportive Culture: We prioritize a human-centric workplace where clinician input directly guides clinic improvements and patient care initiatives.

- Maintain timely, thorough, and defensible clinical documentation (daily progress notes, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries).
