Qualifications

• Active California Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and verification accuracy.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining patient safety standards.
• Comfortable adapting to workflow technology and automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
• Counsel patients regarding medications and therapy.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and safety.
