Pharmacy Hours and Location
- This pharmacy serves the local community Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Typical pharmacist schedules are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- Occasional Saturday coverage may be required.
- We are located at 41 Brewster Road, Bristol, CT 06010.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
- Perform product verification and data verification activities to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.
- Provide clinical counseling and education to specialty pharmacy patients.
- Build effective relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.
- Support pharmacy operations by providing coverage for scheduled absences and staffing needs.
- Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team's development.
- Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty disease states including Oncology, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology.

What You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Successful completion of Connecticut state pharmacy board examination.
- Active Connecticut Pharmacist License in good standing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in specialty pharmacy.
- Experience counseling patients on specialty medications.
- Strong clinical communication and patient education skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative healthcare environment.
Work Environment And Physical Demands
- This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
