Job summary

OneroRx in Audubon, IA seeks an efficient Pharmacist to join our team under indirect supervision, filling prescriptions, counseling patients, supervising Technicians, and ensuring compliance with state laws.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, an active state license, and 1–2 years of related experience, plus strong interpersonal and customer service skills. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy license in the state.
• One to two years related experience; or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Interprets prescriptions, checks for interactions, enters data, and oversees technicians.
• Counsels patients by phone and in person; discusses treatment options.
• Reviews inventory and places orders to maintain stock.
• Ensures proper billing and compliance with insurance and boards.
• Maintains regulatory compliance and professional standards.
