Job summary

PHIL Inc. is seeking a full-time Staff Pharmacist to join our Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ offices. This office-based role focuses on prescription verification, drug utilization review, and regulatory compliance, with collaboration across departments to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RPh license (PharmD preferred) and has at least 1 year of pharmacy experience, preferably in a startup setting. Excellent attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Verification & Drug Utilization Review: Verify prescriptions and conduct reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• PA Review & Prescription Transfers: Review Prior Authorization requests and transfer patient prescriptions for timely delivery.
• Project Execution: Deliver and execute pharmacy projects to improve services and patient experience.
