Our Staff Pharmacists play a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in their pharmacy by acting as role models, demonstrating genuine care, and setting the standard for the pharmacy team.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team, oversee pharmacy operations, and support patient care through safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical services, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing and improving patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts.
• Ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and contributing to positive patient experiences.
• Proactively offering immunizations and supporting inventory management.
• Maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Participating in clinical services and continuous learning to support patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Additional Requirements

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required trainings and maintain relevant skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and team collaboration skills.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy or customer service.
• Flexibility to work at different locations as needed.

Details

• Part-time, 4 hours weekly.
• Pay range: $60.00 - $74.00 per hour.
