Staff Pharmacist - #786 Rochester, Minnesota (C)

Part Time position- 18 hours per week!

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Promoting Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assisting patients with enrollment.
  • Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service.
  • Organizing workflow for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
  • Developing and maintaining long-term care business with nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.
  • Identifying and communicating opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty pharmacy to marketers.
  • Dispensing medications and supplies, and providing clinical pharmacy services.
Physical Demands:

This role may require long periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and reaching. Occasionally, employees must lift/move up to 40 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pharmacy license or ability to obtain one without sanctions.
  • PharmD or MTM Certification (proof required).
  • Immunization Certification.
  • CPR Certification.
  • NPI Number.
