As a Staff Pharmacist, you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values, and demonstrating genuine, authentic care for our patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing the pharmacy team, you are accountable for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Helping manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations
  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager and overseeing pharmacy operations during shifts
  • Assuming Pharmacy Manager’s duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty
  • Supporting safe prescription fulfillment and following workflow procedures
  • Providing compassionate patient care and resolving insurance/medication issues
  • Offering immunizations and supporting pharmacy technicians in immunization delivery
  • Managing inventory, especially cold chain products
  • Ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies
  • Maintaining flexibility for scheduling and business needs
  • Updating clinical and technical skills and expanding knowledge
  • Supporting clinical services like testing and prescribing where permitted
  • Complying with legal, regulatory, and company standards
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment
  • Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
Essential Functions
  • Consistent attendance, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to complete training timely
  • Attention to detail, communication skills, and physical ability to perform job duties
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of related experience in pharmacy or customer service
  • Ability to work at multiple locations as needed
Additional Details
  • Part-time, 40 hours/week
  • Pay Range: $60.00 - $71.00 per hour
