Job Purpose and Summary

Responsibilities

1. Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
2. Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing pharmacy operations and team performance.
3. Ensure safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures.
4. Provide compassionate patient care and resolve medication or insurance issues.
5. Administer immunizations and support pharmacy technicians in doing the same.
6. Manage inventory effectively, including cold chain products.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
8. Support clinical services and expand knowledge to support patient care.
9. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
10. Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
