We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to perform distribution, documentation, and compounding duties related to drugs, solutions, and equipment to meet patient and staff needs. The role involves reviewing, compounding, dispensing, and monitoring medication therapy for patients across all age groups, including infants, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, considering dosing variations, nutritional needs, and disease states. The pharmacist will supervise pharmacy technician activities and perform patient-focused clinical care throughout the hospital to ensure optimal medication therapy.

Qualifications
