As a per diem, nonexempt Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain the security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is a 120-bed hospital in Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in mental health services and substance use treatment for teens and adults experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders and co-occurring addictions.
This per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage to cover PTO, weekends and holidays as needed. There are no regularly scheduled hours for this position.
Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday from 6:30am-9:30pm. Saturday and Sunday hours 8am-4:30pm. The pharmacy utilizes Omnicell and Cerner including E-Mar and CPOE.
