Cambridge Health Alliance’s inpatient pharmacy is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide patient-centered care and lead clinical/ph distributive functions within a dynamic, technology-forward environment.
Responsibilities include verifying orders in Epic, performing clinical interventions, educating patients, participating in rounds, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring staff and students. Massachusetts license and Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy required.

The Staff Pharmacist, under the general supervision of the Supervisor/Manager of Inpatient Pharmacy Services, is responsible for both distributive and clinical pharmacy functions. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous quality improvement.
