Job summary

CVS Health staff pharmacists play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care at the point of dispensing in our retail pharmacy. In this role, you will assist the Pharmacy Manager, oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations during shifts, counsel patients, and ensure safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all duties.

We require an active pharmacist license in the store's state, an active NPI, and no DEA exclusions.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counsel patients.
• Support Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team.
• Provide immunizations and patient care per protocols.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and CVS policies.
• Ensure inventory management and cold chain integrity.
