Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular, predictable attendance including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Verify prescription information and ensure label accuracy for patient safety.
• Deliver excellent patient service and work with the pharmacy team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues; use active listening.
• Perform mathematical calculations for dosage, days supply, and fills.
• Handle tasks efficiently under pressure and resolve issues with care.
