Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate care and ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Support Staff, managing operations and workflow to optimize patient outcomes.

Required: active state pharmacy license, immunization certification, and a PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy, 40 hours weekly, with base pay $60.00–$76.00/hr plus CVS Health bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Lead with heart and ensure patient safety and quality service.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Oversee regulatory requirements, workflow, inventory and profitability.
• Deliver patient care programs and drive healthy outcomes.
