Job summary

Raley's is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the site pharmacy operations under the Pharmacy Manager. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, MTM, and immunization initiatives across selected locations.

You will work with a well-staffed team, participate in company-sponsored benefits, and contribute to a community-focused retail pharmacy experience. The position requires an active Pharmacist license in the state and a pharmacy degree.

Qualifications

Pharmacy degree required (B.S. or PharmD).
Licensed pharmacist in the state where working.

Responsibilities

Assist in the operation of the pharmacy including exceptional customer service and efficient prescription processing.
Monitor patients to ensure therapeutic outcomes and minimize adverse effects.
Consult with patients to ensure understanding of drug therapy plans and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
Foster open communication between store staff and pharmacy department to support company objectives.
