CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead a Front Store pharmacy team in delivering safe and high‑quality patient care. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliant dispensing, counseling, and immunization services.

The role emphasizes patient empathy, teamwork, and maintaining safety standards across all tasks, with opportunities to contribute to immunization programs and clinical care where permissible.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilités

• Living our purpose by ensuring safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy to the Pharmacy Manager during shifts, with coaching and feedback.
• Assuming Pharmacy Manager duties when on duty as lead pharmacist.
• Ensuring safe prescription fulfillment and adherence to workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Promoting compassionate patient care and resolving insurance or medication issues with the patient flow.
