CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, counsel patients, and support immunization services within a CVS Health location. You will collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to ensure safe dispensing and high-quality patient care.

The role requires maintaining an active pharmacist license, NPI, and adherence to regulatory standards while delivering compassionate, compliant care and supporting a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Living our purpose by helping to manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Overseeing the pharmacy as proxy during bench shifts and providing feedback on team performance to the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assists as Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by showing empathy and collaborating with the patient’s healthcare team.
