CVS Health in Alabama is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations and patient care at the store level. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, supervise the team, and ensure safe, compliant dispensing, counseling, and immunization services.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, ensure prescription information and label accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions appropriately.
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues clearly and listen actively.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply, tablets, and bottle counts.
• Issue Resolution: manage challenging interactions and choose best course of action.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and bag items, and perform duties with precision.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
