CVS Health in Texas is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care initiatives, support the Pharmacy Manager, and oversee Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

You will drive patient care programs, optimize workflow, mentor staff, manage inventory and contribute to profitability, growth and excellent customer service in a fast-paced community setting.

Formación

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee patient safety and quality assurance within the pharmacy.
• Support Pharmacy Manager and supervise Pharmacy Technician staff.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and maintain compliance.
• Manage inventory, profitability, loss prevention and workflow.
• Lead with empathy to deliver compassionate patient care and service excellence.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes and pharmacy performance.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement and teamwork.
