CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our Texas/Mansfield team. You will support the Pharmacy Manager and lead Pharmacy Support Staff while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

• Patient Safety: uphold safety standards across the pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Professional Practice: maintain high professional standards as a pharmacist.
• Regulatory Requirements: ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Personnel Management: support and lead Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Inventory Management: manage stock and ensure availability.

• Workflow Management: optimize daily pharmacy operations.
• Lead with Heart: show empathy and support to patients and team.
