Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values by providing safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
• Oversee the pharmacy as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
