Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (e.g. APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.
• Administer immunizations and counsel members on health care and medications.
• Maintain confidential information, documentation and records as required by policy and law.
