Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members about health care and prescription needs, and maintaining confidential information and records.
• Models enforces and provides direction to Associates on member service approaches to resolve needs and issues within Company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations by analyzing reports, monitoring loss prevention and safety controls, and implementing action plans.
• Maintain confidential information, documentation, and records as required by Company policies and state/federal guidelines.

Education
