You are a licensed pharmacist with an active NPI, able to manage day-to-day responsibilities, handle patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and maintain medication safety and inventory while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely, counsel patients, and immunize where appropriate.
• Oversee the pharmacy during bench shifts and coach staff.
• Act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy workflow and safety guardrails.
• Resolve insurance and medication issues and support patient care.
• Lead immunization delivery and train technicians.
• Maintain inventory and protect cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state Board regulations.
