• Support patient experience through empathy, care, and effective issue resolution with payors.
• Deliver vaccinations and assist technicians in immunization duties when appropriate.
• Maintain inventory control, especially for cold chain products, per regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
