Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Responsibilities

Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient reactions.
Communication Skills: interact clearly with patients and colleagues.
Mathematical Reasoning: compute prescription quantities and supplies.
Issue Resolution: handle difficult patient or colleague interactions.
Physical Demands: lift, reach, and move items as part of daily duties.
