Staff Pharmacist - Part Time
Hocking Valley Community Hospital
Logan, Ohio
As a part time, nonexempt, CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist , you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This position will work up to 20 hours a week to include a t least one weekend a month and 1 to 2 shifts during the week having the ability to flex up to cover PTO and/or leave . This position will also require being on call during the week and some holidays.
Starting Pay: $55.25 - $56.00 per hour, (Depending on related work experience).
About the Facility: HVCH is a 25-bed acute care, DNV accredited hospital providing all phases of medical care including family practice, cardiovascular services, internal medicine, and occupational medicine from a staff of over sixty physicians, serving Hocking and surrounding Counties. Beautiful Logan, Ohio is located just 50 miles SE of Columbus via U.S. 33. Fine shopping is only 20 miles away in Lancaster. Athens, which offers many cultural opportunities, is just a short 30-mile drive from Logan. Two prestigious Ohio universities are within one-hour commutes. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:30pm closed on Sundays and some holidays. The Pharmacy utilizes Rx30, EPIC and Pyxis.
