Job Purpose and Summary

Our Staff Pharmacists are vital in fostering a culture of excellence, modeling genuine care, and setting high standards for the pharmacy team. They support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy operations, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, including safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and clinical services where permissible.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve patient health through safe dispensing, counseling, and immunizations.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager, oversee pharmacy performance, and act as the primary pharmacist-on-duty when needed.
• Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, contribute to positive patient experiences, and support immunization efforts.
• Manage inventory, ensure compliance with regulations, and support team scheduling.
• Maintain clinical skills, support access to care, and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of employment.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Additional Requirements

• Regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to focus, communicate effectively, and resolve issues.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience.

Details

Part-time, approximately 19 hours/week, with a pay range of $60.00 - $71.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, 401(k), stock purchase plans, and various wellness programs.
