Aufgaben

• Perform clinical data review, prescription verification, and virtual patient consultations in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage end-to-end prescription fulfillment, including dispensing and manual fill.
• Package and prepare prescriptions for shipment or site administration, including refrigeration of certain meds.
• Maintain safety standards and CPT targets while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
• Split time between verification and fulfillment based on workload and customer demand.
• Conduct DUR and ensure accurate entry in pharmacy systems.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with technicians to maintain stock and compliance.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs.
• Report quality or safety concerns promptly per regulatory requirements.
