Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited school of Pharmacy required.
• Required length of experience: Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Required licensure, certification or registry: Current licensure through the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and dispenses medications, monitors for rational drug therapy, and supervises Pharmacy Technicians.
• Acts as liaison between physician, patient and family; collaborates with other health care team members.
• Assists in orientation of new personnel; may participate in department committees.
• Provides age-appropriate care and demonstrates knowledge for all patient age groups.
