RPh on the Go is actively hiring for a full-time Day Shift Staff Pharmacist in Cincinnati, Ohio!
This is a 13+ week temp-to-perm opportunity with a quick hiring process, ideal for pharmacists seeking to step into a fast-paced environment with long-term potential. New PharmD graduates are encouraged to apply!

Position Overview

  • Title: Staff Pharmacist
  • Location: Cincinnati, OH
  • Employment Type: 13+ Week Contract to Hire
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm
  • Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee pharmacy technicians and data entry clerks to ensure accurate data entry, workflow, and adherence to delivery schedules
  • Maintain pharmacy security and compliance with internal protocols
  • Supervise technician activities related to ordering and prepacking of medications
  • Screen all new medication orders for proper dosing, drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications
  • Assist with the ordering, handling, and documentation of all controlled substances
  • Maintain a perpetual inventory for Schedule II medications

Requirements

  • Clear and active Ohio Pharmacist license
  • Background in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus
