Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care pharmacy is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee dispensing of medications to long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to resolve medication questions and provide clinical guidance.
• Participate in IV and TPN preparation.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
