Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a long-term care pharmacy in Cedar Rapids, IA. Join a stable, growing team in a closed-door setting that prioritizes patient care and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

You will oversee dispensing, verify orders for safety and regulatory compliance, and supervise technicians to maintain daily operations. Iowa licensure is required or obtainable, with relocation support available to the right candidate.

Formación

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree.
• Active Iowa pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve medication questions and provide clinical guidance.
• Participate in IV and TPN preparation.
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and patient care.
