Kingfisher Recruiting presents a Staff Pharmacist opportunity in Cedar Rapids, IA for a long-term care setting. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance in medication orders within a closed-door pharmacy.

You will work with healthcare professionals to resolve medication questions, participate in IV/TPN prep, and supervise technicians while upholding high patient-care standards. A license in Iowa or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Active Iowa pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated professional focused on patient care.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred, but not required.
