Responsibilities

• Lead and support Pharmacy Technician staff and manage daily pharmacy operations
• Oversee patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance and customer service
• Drive inventory management, financial profitability and loss prevention
• Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
• Align team with CVS Health values and drive continuous improvement
• Provide guidance to team on workflow and staffing to meet patient needs
• Support Pharmacy Manager in strategic initiatives and performance goals
• Ensure adherence to clinical and regulatory standards in daily activities
• Maintain a patient-centered approach to care and service delivery
