Qualifications

- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Oversee management, oversight and operation of all aspects within the pharmacy.
- Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support loss prevention and inventory management.
- Drive financial profitability and successful workflow management in the pharmacy.
- Lead with empathy to motivate and develop staff and improve patient care outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and implement solutions with the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to grow the pharmacy's impact in the community.
