Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee Pharmacy Technician Support Staff in a dynamic community setting. You will help manage patient care programs, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory standards.

You will lead a team, drive patient outcomes, and participate in growth initiatives while maintaining high-quality service and efficiency in a busy CVS Pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety initiatives and uphold Pharmacy Professional Practice.
• Ensure Regulatory Requirements are met and oversee Quality Assurance.
• Deliver excellent Customer Service and manage Pharmacy Support Staff.
• Oversee Inventory Management and ensure Financial Profitability.
• Implement Loss Prevention measures and optimize Workflow Management.
• Lead with Heart and develop team members to grow performance.
• Contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth in the pharmacy.
