Qualificações

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications safely and counsel patients.
• Oversee pharmacy during bench shifts as proxy for Pharmacy Manager.
• Support immunizations and counseling to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and cold chain protection.
• Provide compassionate patient care and coordinate with healthcare team.
