CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead patient care and support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing Staff and operations. You will ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality across all pharmacy activities while fostering compassionate care for patients and their families.

This role emphasizes leadership of pharmacy staff, inventory and workflow management, and driving excellent customer service within a community-based CVS Pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions involving controlled substances.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety initiatives and ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee Pharmacy Professional Practice and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain Quality Assurance and accurate documentation.
• Deliver excellent Customer Service and manage Pharmacy staff.
• Oversee Personnel Management and staff development.
• Control Inventory Management and reduce loss.
• Contribute to Financial Profitability and budget adherence.
• Support Loss Prevention and shrink reduction.
• Coordinate Workflow Management within the pharmacy team.
